Strategy and

Once the search is reviewed, the founder calls you directly to walk through the findings. Class selection, specification strategy, risk areas, and the recommended approach are discussed — with no sales pressure and no paralegal intermediary on the call.

Drafting and
Filing

The application is drafted by the founder. The goods and services specification is written for maximum legitimate scope — built to survive examination and hold up in opposition, not just to get filed. Every word in the specification is a deliberate choice.
The application is then filed with the Trade Marks Registry. You receive the filing receipt and your application number within 48 hours of filing. From this point, you have the legal right to use the ™ symbol with your brand.

Prosecution and
Registration
– 9 to 24 months
After filing, the Registry examines the application and issues an examination report. If an objection is raised, we draft and file a detailed reply. The first round of examination reply is included in our base fee — no additional charge.
If the matter is called for hearing, we attend on your behalf. Once all examination stages are cleared, the mark is published in the Trade Marks Journal for opposition. On successful completion, the registration certificate is issued and delivered to you.
